Confidential PDF questions
Can I use this for confidential documents?
The standard compressor processes PDF data locally in your browser and does not send it to CompressMyPDF servers. You should still use a trusted device and browser for sensitive work.
Does CompressMyPDF store my file?
No in the standard workflow. The document stays in browser memory while it is processed and never reaches our application servers.
What changes with Google Drive?
The optional Drive workflow transfers the selected file directly between your browser and Google after you authorize it. That separate flow is clearly disclosed and analytics are disabled there.
